If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of purchase in an unworn/unused condition with original packaging/tags and valid receipt/proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
We are unable to exchange or refund customised products i.e. printed shirts or accept responsibility should a player leave the club or change his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if deemed faulty by Wigan Warriors. Unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Please do not order shirt personalisation if you are in anyway unsure of the correct size (shirt personalisation refers to the printing of name, number and/or arm badge).
We are unable to refund or exchange (unless deemed faulty by Wigan Warriors) earrings, underwear, socks, swimwear, mouthguards, headwear, drinks bottles, bedding and DVD's were the item in question has been worn or used.

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. Wigan Warriors cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are deemed faulty by Wigan Warriors. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
Faulty goods may be refunded, exchanged or repaired at Warriors Worlds discretion.
Ticket Refunds- anyone wishing to return tickets must do so no later than 24 hours before the game. Coach travel is non refundable.
Whilst every action is taken to keep the webstore updated, on some occasions an ordered product may be unavailable - mainly at peak periods such as Christmas and on fast selling promotional lines. In such circumstances Wigan Warriors will provide a suitable alternative or a full refund.
