ONLINE EXCLUSIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On our website we offer a number of ONLINE EXCLUSIVE items, these items are made to order and are dispatched by a 3rd party supplier.

Our 3rd party supplier advise 3-5 days for dispatch meaning we would expect your parcel to be delivered within 7-10 days from placing your order. 

We can offer refunds/exchanges on these items providing they are NOT personalised with the customers names. If you have an 'online exclusive' item with NO personalisation on it and you would like a refund/ exchange please contact [email protected] and we will be able to sort this for you.

You can send any returns to Wigan Warriors Retail, Robin Park Arena, Loire Drive, Wigan, WN5 0UH, including a short note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please note if you would like to exchange the item for another 'Online Exclusive' item there will be a second delivery charge for this unless your item is deemed faulty by the supplier. We will contact you about this before issuing the exchange.
