CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION 

YODEL STANDARD DELIVERY- Orders must be placed before 12 noon on Friday 19th December 2025 to guarantee Christmas delivery. Please be aware this date has been advised by our courier and we cannot take any responsibility for orders not arriving in time for Christmas, due to this we encourage customers to place orders before this date and collect parcels were possible. 

DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY- Orders must be placed before 12 noon on Monday 22nd December 2025 to ensure delivery in time for Christmas. Please be aware this date has been advised by our courier and we cannot take responsibility for orders not arriving in time for Christmas, due to this we encourage customers to place orders before this date and collect parcels were possible. 

ONLINE EXCLUSIVE ITEMS- We advise customers to order any items named 'online exclusive' before 12 noon 15th December 2025 to guarantee Christmas delivery.

Standard Delivery (up to five working days) via Yodel - £4.95  

Express Delivery via DHL - £8.50 - Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Online exclusive items will not be dispatched using this service and should not be ordered for express delivery.

Items specified as 'Online Exclusive' are dispatched from a 3rd party supplier and are made to order. The delivery time on these can be up to 14 days.

PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA DELIVERY TIME AT PEAK PERIODS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS, SHIRT LAUNCH, CUP FINALS ETC. 
We cannot be held responsible for delays from the courier.

International Delivery

Due to ongoing Customs issues, we are no longer able to dispatch orders to the Republic of Ireland. 

EUROPE - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £17.00 on orders up to 1kg. 
REST OF WORLD ZONE 1 - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £27.00 on orders up to 1kg.
REST OF WORLD ZONE 2 - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £30.00 on orders up to 1kg.
REST OF WORLD ZONE 3 - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £31 on orders up to 1kg.

Additional charges will apply to orders weighing over one kilogram.

*Any customs or import duties are levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient bears responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance. Wigan Warriors have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. 

• Undelivered parcels returned to Wigan Warriors due to the recipient not being available for delivery or failing to collect will incur additional postage charges for re-sending.
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt.
• It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest time possible. However, dispatch may take longer at peak periods, for personalised goods, during promotions or due to external delays beyond our control.
• Wigan Warriors make no guarantee of delivery date.
• Occasionally, during busy periods some products may be unavailable. A refund or alternative goods will be offered.
