  • Undelivered parcels returned to Wigan Warriors due to the recipient not being available for delivery or failing to collect will incur additional postage charges for resending.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt.
  • It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest time possible.  However, dispatch may take longer at peak periods, for personalised goods, during promotions or due to external delays beyond our control.
  • Wigan Warriors make no guarantee of delivery date.
  • Occasionally, during busy periods some products may be unavailable. A refund or alternative goods will be offered.

Click & Collect

Step 1:

Place your order online.  As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of delivery or Click & Collect from Robin Park Arena.

Step 2:

Please allow 24 hours from the time of order (excluding weekends).  Your order must be collected within 28 days.  Orders can only be collected between 9am and 4pm, Monday-Friday from Robin Park Arena, Loire Drive, Wigan, WN5 0UH. Other than your order confirmation email no further correspondance will be sent.

Step 3:

Please report to the reception at Robin Park. Your order will be brought to you. 

Your order will be ready for collection after 24 hours (excluding weekends).  Please collect your order within 28 days. 

If, after 28 days your order has not been collected a full refund will be issued and the items returned to stock for resale.  Please note it may take up to 3-5 days to credit your account. 

Occasionally, at peak times some lines may become unavailable - Wigan Warriors make no guarantee of availability and will offer a refund or alternative in such circumstances.
