CLICK AND COLLECT FROM THE CLUB SHOP AT ROBIN PARK ARENA - FREE - DURING STORE OPENING HOURS.

YODEL STANDARD DELIVERY- £4.95 Standard Delivery between 3-5 working days by YODEL from day of dispatch. 

DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY- £8.50 DHL EXPRESS delivery from day of dispatch. Delivery usually within 2 days. 

ONLINE EXCLUSIVE ITEMS- Items labelled 'online exclusive' come from a 3rd party supplier, we ask customers to allow more time for delivery. This is usually between 7-10 working days. 

ORDERS UP TO £5.00 AND GIFT CARDS - ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS - £3.00

PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA DELIVERY TIME AT PEAK PERIODS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS, SHIRT LAUNCH, CUP FINALS ETC. 
We cannot be held responsible for delays from the courier.

International Delivery

Due to ongoing Customs issues, we are no longer able to dispatch orders to the Republic of Ireland. 

EUROPE - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £17.00 on orders up to 1kg. 
REST OF WORLD ZONE 1 - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £27.00 on orders up to 1kg.
REST OF WORLD ZONE 2 - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £30.00 on orders up to 1kg.
REST OF WORLD ZONE 3 - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £31 on orders up to 1kg.

Additional charges will apply to orders weighing over one kilogram.

*Any customs or import duties are levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient bears responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance. Wigan Warriors have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. 

 

  • Undelivered parcels returned to Wigan Warriors due to the recipient not being available for delivery or failing to collect will incur additional postage charges for re-sending.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt.
  • It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest time possible. However, dispatch may take longer at peak periods, for personalised goods, during promotions or due to external delays beyond our control.
  • Wigan Warriors make no guarantee of delivery date.
  • Occasionally, during busy periods some products may be unavailable. A refund or alternative goods will be offered.

Click & Collect

Orders can be collected during store opening hours, please check the club website for up to date times.

When your order is available to collect you will receive an email stating it is ready, you should wait until you receive this email until coming to store.

Occasionally, at peak times some lines may become unavailable - Wigan Warriors make no guarantee of availability and will offer a refund or alternative in such circumstances.
