Shirt Printing

Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. Furthermore if a player changes his number at any time we cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please note any orders consisting of an item that requires printing may require up to an additional two days to dispatch from our warehouse. 

If you need to change an order please email the store or call us during opening hours to ensure the correct order is fulfilled before it is printed. Once the shirt is printed, we cannot provide an exchange.

Personalisation of Replica Kit

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. A member of customer service team will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt. 

Printing

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. We cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

Please note that the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 12 letters and 2 Numbers, however this is dependant on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 12 letters. If this is the case a member of the customer service team will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note infant kits can hold up to 9 letters and 2 numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot fit both name and number on the baby kits so please only select either name or number.

I want a name and number but I’m not sure what to have. Do the names and numbers have to be applied at the time of purchase?
Names, numbers and sleeve badges can be applied at any time after purchase. The condition for this is that the shirt must be unworn or freshly washed. Letters, numbers or sleeve badges cannot be applied if the shirt has been worn since its last wash. If our team deem your shirt unsuitable for printing we will be unable to fulfil the request.

When purchasing names, numbers or sleeve badges do they have to be applied in store or can I apply them at home myself?
The official letters, numbers and sleeve badges require extreme levels of heat and pressure to be correctly applied and therefore must be applied using the in store printing machines. They cannot be applied at home.
