These terms and conditions describe the basis for the purchase by you and sale by us of the Experiences described on this website (the "Website"). The official website of Wigan Warriors Official Online Shop

By entering the bid (the ‘Bid’/”Bid Prize”), you are accepting these terms and conditions, and any specific rules.

You must be at least eighteen years of age to be eligible to participate in the bidding process. By entering a bid online, you confirm and warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age on the date of placing the bid. If requested by us, you shall provide evidence of your age to us.

This Bid is only open to those residing in the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland and any international bids.

Employees or family members of an employee, of Wigan Warriors, partners or associates, or anyone else connected may not enter the Prize Draw.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

We reserve the right not to award the Bid Prize to anyone who has not paid for the prize or who is under the age of 18. 

Bid Rules

All “Bids” must be made using the online website process, bids cannot be accepted via email or any other email or any other method.

The “bid” will run from/until the date/time specified on the items.

The winners of the “bids” will be notified by email on w/c 29^th August 2022. 

Publishing the winning entry

The winning entry will be notified by email or phone and could be published on social media. If you would like to keep your identity private and do not wish to appear on social media, please let us know. 

Privacy Policy

The Prize/Bid

There is one prize per category to be won for one winner of the “bid”.

The prize must be collected from Robin Park.

The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

The winner will be the highest bidder on the auction, payment for the prize will need to be paid within two days, if not the prize will then go to the next highest bidder.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside our control, we reserve the right to vary or withdraw any element of the Prize or offer an alternative Prize of equal value.

The winner of the Prize will be notified by email.

The individual winner must make payment of the Prize within 48 hours of the auction ending.  In the event that we do not receive payment within 48 hours, we reserve the right to reallocate the Prize to another entrant.

Bid Listings

Current and upcoming listings can be found on the Wigan Warriors retail store website.

1. You will need to be logged into your account to take part. 
2. Once logged in, you can now bid on auction items. Enter your maximum bid on the product listing page. The Auction system will automatically bid for you in set increments until your maximum bid is reached. The bid increments will vary depending on the listing. Higher value listings will usually be in bids of £5 increments. Please review your bid carefully before submitting. Mistakes may be voided upon request.
3. If you win the auction a confirmation email will be sent.
4. To pay for your item please log in to the account used to place your bids. You can then add the auction item you have won to your basket along with any other items you may wish to purchase from the store. Proceed to check out as usual.
5. You will have 48 hours to make payment and complete your purchase. If payment has not been made after 48 Hours the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
6. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on auction items. Auction items are excluded from any discount or promotion..
